Sometimes there is nothing more helpful than a fresh perspective. As a life coach, I offer just that - an objective, fresh look at what's working and what's not without any hidden agenda. As your life coach I will provide unbiased support, encouragement, accountability, and effective tools for self-discovery to help you:

  • Clarify your goals;
  • Shed light on any obstacles you are facing;
  • Better utilize your strengths;
  • Accomplish more than you could ever imagine.

What Is Coaching?

The International Coach Federation defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."

Basically, we work together to get clarity around your own goals and values, identify and address any roadblocks you might be/get stuck on, and co-create action plans to keep you moving forward. My role as a coach is to ask powerful questions; offer support, encouragement, and accountability; provide tools, resources, and an objective perspective to help you to get to the heart of things and accomplish your goals.

Who Uses a Coach?

If you would like more peace in your daily life, are feeling overwhelmed, are going through a tough transition, or feeling you aren't living up to your full potential, coaching may be right for you.

I believe each of us has something uniquely beautiful to offer to the world. Sometimes this doesn't come through clearly because we're too busy struggling with the details of daily life. Gaining a sense of peace and clarity can help free up time and energy and help alleviate stress so that we can live each day to the fullest and at our personal best.

How does it work?

All of my coaching sessions are conducted over the phone. This allows you to easily fit it into your busy schedule and connect from virtually anywhere in the world. Sessions are generally 45 minutes long and occur twice a month. This is flexible and depends greatly on your needs and desires.

How is it different from therapy or consulting?

Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching is not therapy, counseling or psychology. Therapy tends to focus on past events, whereas coaching focuses on goal setting and moving forward.

Coaching vs. Consulting
A consultant is a specialist in a given area and is hired to give recommendations and provide solutions. In the coach / client relationship, the client is the expert. The coach collaborates with the client to create a solution using the client's knowledge and answers.

"Never continue in a job you don't enjoy. If you're happy in what you're doing, you'll like yourself, you'll have inner peace. And if you have that, along with physical health, you will have had more success than you could possibly have imagined."

~ Johnny Carson
